“Copytrading” means the automatic replication of trades executed by a professional trader into the account of an investor.
2. Nature of the Service
ProfitRockit.io acts as an informational connector between professional traders and potential investors.
We are not a broker, fund manager, or licensed financial advisor.
We do not receive, hold, or manage investor funds.
Our service is limited to providing access to verified trading strategies through the Signal Start platform.
The investor retains full control over their brokerage account and funds at all times.
3. Eligibility
To access our services, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years old.
You comply with all laws and regulations applicable in your country of residence regarding financial market investments.
You have an account with a compatible, regulated broker.
You will provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information.
4. How Copytrading Works
The investor must register on Signal Start and subscribe to the professional trader’s signal.
The broker account connection is made using read-only credentials (no withdrawal access).
Trades are replicated proportionally based on the investor’s capital and chosen multiplier.
The investor can unsubscribe or disconnect at any time.
5. Fees and Payments
Copytrading services are subject to a fixed monthly subscription fee (as displayed on Signal Start).
We do not charge performance fees or trade commissions.
All payments are processed directly via Signal Start or the investor’s broker, never through ProfitRockit.io.
6. Risks
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
No profits are guaranteed.
Trading in financial markets carries the risk of partial or total loss of capital.
Any trading strategy can experience drawdowns (temporary declines in equity).
Technical factors such as latency or slippage may affect execution.
Using high leverage or multipliers significantly increases risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
ProfitRockit.io will not be liable for any losses arising from the use of our recommendations or subscription to trading signals.
We do not guarantee specific returns or performance.
We are not responsible for technical failures, server downtime, or service interruptions from third-party providers (including Signal Start, brokers, etc.).
8. Intellectual Property
All content, text, images, graphics, and logos on ProfitRockit.io are the property of the company or their respective owners and are protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal information collected is used solely to provide our services.
We do not share user data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
